I felt strong after looking at the number of soldiers I had. I opened up the army selection tab to select the number of soldiers I would be taking with me to the new outpost.

The army selection process was complete and I was ready to take on a formidable army of more than 1300 warriors with me. I had already sent a large number of warriors to the outpost, as I knew that this battle would be brutal and I had to be well-prepared.
As I made my way to my house, I couldn't help but feel a sense of dread and anxiety creeping up on me. The weight of responsibility on my shoulders was heavy, as the fate of my kingdom rested on the outcome of this battle. I knew that I had to put on a brave face for my warriors and lead them to victory.
As I entered my house, I took a deep breath and began the process of donning my armor. It was a ritual that I had performed many times before, but this time felt different. I knew that my life, and the lives of many of my warriors, were at stake. I took my time to ensure that every piece of armor was securely fastened and that my weapons were sharp and ready for battle.
Before leaving my house, I ordered the minion manager to pack food and other essentials for the journey ahead. As I stepped out of the house, I saw Chloe standing outside, ready for battle. She was wearing a shiny armor and held a fierce look in her eyes. It was clear that she was ready for the fight ahead.
The army had assembled in front of the gate, and as I mounted my horse, I felt a sense of pride and camaraderie with my warriors. We had a long journey ahead of us, and it took us exactly 5 hours to reach the outpost. As we arrived, my eyes were immediately drawn to the formidable fortress that stood before us. The castle was surrounded by high walls, and my archers were already stationed on top, ready to defend.
As I entered the castle with my army, I was impressed by the level of preparation that had gone into building it. There was a house built specifically for me, complete with barracks and small storage units. Chloe and I were also given a house of our own. As I went inside to check it out, I couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity. It reminded me of my house in the city, and I knew that it would serve as a comfortable base during the battle ahead.
The evening was approaching and we had a lot of time until nightfall. I had planned that we would attack the city during midnight, when the enemy would be least expecting it. The silent killers would enter the city from the back area and open the gates for my army, allowing us to infiltrate the city and launch a surprise attack.
I had divided my army into 5 groups, each led by an intelligence variant Stage 2 minion. These minions were highly skilled and experienced, and I knew that they would be able to lead their groups to victory. They were also assisted by 2 intelligence variant minions, who would provide valuable support during the battle.
As the evening progressed, I called the intelligence variant that had gone inside the city to gather information. I asked him if he could establish a connection with his minions inside, but unfortunately, he reported that he was not able to connect with them. The connection was possible for short range only and they couldn't connect from a distance more than 2 kilometers. Despite this setback, I knew that we had to push forward and trust in our training and preparation.
As the night fell, and we made our final preparations, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nervous anticipation. I knew that the battle ahead would be brutal and that many of my warriors may not return. But I also knew that I had to lead them to victory, no matter the cost.
I was asking him to connect with the minions inside because I wanted to know what was going on inside the city. They had attacked my outpost once and I feared they would do it again. If they attacked today, everything would go sideways. Now, when he wasn't able to establish a connection, we would have to depend on our luck. I rested on the bed for some time, but Chloe went outside, she was looking around the castle.
She was a strong warrior, but she often behaved like a small child. I liked this side of her, but also hated it because it made her vulnerable.
I was waiting for the night, but the time was stretching to its limit. Finally, the time came when I was going out with my army. I thought about leaving some warriors behind, but then I refrained from the idea. I just left the 30 combat minions that were already assigned to this outpost. I opened the advanced control menu and the army selection option to select the army.
