Afterword
*(Note: From the Author Shimamon)
Thank you for reading "They Both Called Me God, as Well as Satan."
From here on, I would like to write about settings and other things that I could not write about in this work.
I was inspired to write this piece when I saw an illustration.
"Oh, I'd love to write a piece with this kind of atmosphere someday."
I had that thought.
However, as I thought about various settings, the work became more and more distant from the illustration.
In the illustration, there are a number of skyscrapers, but
"What's that? If the population is only about 10,000, why do we need all these buildings?
They can make everything they need themselves to begin with, so they don't shop around, right? We don't even need a shopping district.
If there are no shopping malls, then we don't need factory zones to make goods.
Or perhaps, a large number of maid robots manage the artificial island, it won't be so abandoned?
Ahhhhhh, we're getting further and further away from the illustration.
…Well, okay. I'll just take the atmosphere."
"This is how this work was created.
The only setting left was
The heroine is white! Bocce!"
Yes.
This was the limit of my writing ability.
The basic setting of such a girl is as follows.
When she gets excited, she says "Ahhh!" She often says "I'm sorry, I'm sorry."
She dances often.
She Sings a lot.
She is a bocce player.
She enjoys collecting jewelry.
The reason why she made her drone look like a pearl is because she thought it would be beautiful if a pearl flew in the sky.
Basically, to her, people who can't break through the artificial island barriers = observation target
People who can break through the artificial island barrier = equal relationship
This consists of her attitude towards "human relationships."
In a sense, barriers exist to human relationships.
The barrier represents
her
barrier to human relationships.
Yes.
It is quite appropriate.
Actually, there is one more character that I created based on the illustration.
It is a homunculus girl who traveled with a female scholar.
A Ruined city.
A girl in tattered clothes playing with cats.
The girl looks happy in spite of the hopelessness of the situation…
Yes.
It is just as it is.
Nope~.
I was taught how to look up the illustration in the feedback and was finally able to find the original~.
Thank you~, thank you~, thank you~.
The world has become so convenient, hasn't it?
Originally, I had no intention of having the homunculus girl appear.
In fact, the initial plan was for two female scholars to act together.
However, I can't imagine two scholars talking to each other.
This is why we decided to leave her alone.
Yes, I did.
This is my limit.
Also, I modeled a certain machine, though it is not an illustration.
It is a "mysterious golem" mass-produced by the old and new Earth Forces.
Please remember well.
It is a robot with a rounded body, painted entirely in blue.
You see, there it is.
A character from a national cartoon.
The guy who sometimes comes out of the desk drawer.
Why did you set it up like that?
Well, at first, I thought I was going to write a cool robot.
However, you know what?
There is no way I could write such a thing with my writing ability, right?
Yes.
Simply put, I escaped.
Oh, and one more original character?
It is a golem bird used by the Elf Tribe.
It looks like a chicken.
Why a chicken?
That is because it was New Year's Day 2017 when I was writing this rock bird appearance scene.
Yes, here is the question.
What is the Chinese zodiac sign for 2017?
Yes, I am a member of the board of directors of the company.
It is a chicken.
…That's right, I wanted to describe it in a cooler way, right?
But… but, but?
There is no way I could write such a thing with my writing ability.
And so, this story went.
In fact, this work is a combination of two previous works,
Space Wars and Maid Robots The Master of the Stars, and They Both Called Me God, as Well as Satan.
In chronological order Space Wars and Maid Robots
Ruler of the Stars Call Me God, Call Me Demon King The order is as follows.
First, Space Wars and Maid Robots describes the situation shortly before the sad rebellion by artificial intelligence experienced by the old human race.
It is a story of a time when the old humans had not yet realized that artificial intelligence and robots have a will just like humans.
To be honest, the basic plot of Call Me God, Call Me Demon King was completed before I wrote this work.
Therefore, I had written this work on the theme of "Humanity is unaware of the thoughts of robots."
Suddenly it was exposed.
The only comment I received was "Robots have feelings?"
I was a little confused as to how people thought and felt about it.
I was quite impatient.
What? Huh? You don't think he's seeing through your idea, do you?
Yes.
I was really cringing at the thought of it at the time.
Next is The Ruler of the Stars, which describes the story of the old Earth Army's acquisition of a "mysterious golem" on a certain planet.
Basically, what is depicted in this work is the story of a recruiter of the New Earth Army, but in this work, the main character is a soldier who was recruited and sent to the front line.
And finally, there is this work.
However, I am actually planning to write another one.
It is a story about the "twilight age" when mankind disappeared from the universe.
To be honest, I regret that I have not written enough.
I was going to write about it, you know?
But… but… but, sir?
The twilight years are not particularly eventful for this world.
The United Planets and the Federation of Planets are frantically working on reconstruction, and the people of Earth are just enjoying the slow life of the second Age of Twilight.
There's really nothing to write about!
But! I want to write about it someday!!!
That is what I am thinking about.
Oh, and there are only two "parts that I actually wrote but deleted because they were going to be R18".
The first one is the scene where the guardian rapes a pregnant woman he likes.
That was pretty short, wasn't it?
I was actually going to go into more detail!
But! But, but, but!
If I put it all up, it would be R18!
Somehow, I managed to keep it under R15! I really had to delete it out of sheer abstinence!
The second location is the scene after the black girl and the white girl meet.
Well, to explain briefly, it is already lily-livered.
That's right.
They are the only two beings who can withstand each other's power.
They are the only people in the universe with whom you can talk together, eat together, and hold hands together without any problems!
Of course, they love each other!
They want each other!
From morning till morning!
They'll get along so well that they'll be able to tell each other exactly where each other's moles are!
If only it were true! I wanted to put it all up!
*(Note: Okay, maybe I wouldn't have minded this.)
But R18, R18 is not allowed!
As a result, all the text was deleted, leaving only a hint of it.
This is how this work was completed.
I hope you enjoyed it.
