Hello, friends.

I'm taking a week off from posting new chapters.

There are two reasons:

First, I'm editing book 2, and I want to smoothe out some inconsistences / add some bridging sections to improve the flow of the story. I'll be posting any chapters / words I add, so there will still be some content coming through. Most will be in the chapters already posted on RR, but some will be in the chapters still to be posted, so it should mean an even better reading experience for the rest of book 2.

More importantly, now that I've finished writing book 2 I'm taking some time to re-immerse myself in books 1 & 2 before moving forward with 3. I am a pantser by nature, but always know the beginning, end, and some key events of a book before I write it. I know what happens at the end of book 3, but I want to be a bit more a 'plantser' this time around, setting up events in a way that gives you more of that 'oh, shit' feeling. More time and less pressure will really let my creative juices flow. I could write more on it, but I'm probably just rambling at this point.A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.

tl;dr: Me take time. Me make book 3 good.

New chapters will resume on Wednesday the 28th of Feb.
